About Bangkok

Bangkok is the lifeblood of Thailand; a city that never sleeps. Between it's vibrant street life, endless shopping areas, and crazy party scene, there is plenty to do here. Cruise through Chinatown in a tuk-tuk on an endless shopping trip, lounge on a long tail boat in a floating market, or dine on delicious cuisine from a rooftop bar. Walk through the halls of the famous Grand Palace or down the crazy tourist street: Khao San Road.

Food is another major attraction of Bangkok. Keep an eye out for the humble yet exquisite street food vendors; one of Bangkok's famous street food streets is waiting for you. There is an almost endless list of dishes, snacks, and treats you can find in Bangkok. Be sure to try as many as you can!

Huge fashion centres such as MBK, Terminal 21, Siam Square, Fortune town, and many more are all waiting for you to peruse their halls. You can shop for everything in Bangkok from luxury goods to miniature trinkets for your friends.

About Phuket

Phuket is now internationally recognized as Asia’s premier tropical island. Spectacular scenery, stunning tropical sunsets and warm blue sea awaits you at Asia's most popular beach destination. This fun island provides an unbeatable combination of perfect silky soft white palm-lined beaches, superb hospitality, fantastic food and a vibrant night life.

Patong is a city of contrasts. By day it hums with sun-tanned travellers browsing the street markets, sitting in café’s or lying on the beach getting a foot massage. By night the town comes alive and doesn’t sleep until the early hours.

The island offers many more tranquil beaches such as Surin in the North and Nai Harn to the South. Phuket Town is a must for anyone wanting to experience some of the best art galleries and antique shops on the island.

About Chiang Mai

Known as the 'Culture Capital' of Thailand, Chiang Mai is much more relaxed and chilled than both Bangkok and Phuket. The City itself is over 700 years old, famed for sightseeing, hiking and adventure trips. It is also home to many and varied shops, spas and mountain resorts.

From temples, pagodas, crumbling ruins to colourful and vibrant street markets, coffee shops and laid back bars then on to fantastic national parks, waterfalls and mountain treks.

The area is known to be more affordable than elsewhere in Thailand and suits the backpacking budget perfectly.
